• JLBet Link may require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. Players who have not completed verification may experience processing delays
• Withdrawals will not be processed until all active wagering requirements on bonus funds have been met

If a deposit is made in error or a player requests a reversal, JLBet Link will process a refund to the original payment method subject to verification. Processing times depend on the payment provider and may take 1–5 business days.

JLBet Link offers a range of bonuses and promotional credits to new and existing players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• All bonus credits carry a minimum 10x wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. Example: a ₱500 bonus requires ₱5,000 in eligible wagers before the bonus value can be withdrawn
• Bonus funds are added separately to real money funds in your JLBet Link wallet. Real money funds are used first on all wagers by default

The following general rules apply to all games and betting activities on JLBet Link. Specific game rules for Sabong, PBA Betting, Live Casino, Card Games, Pusoy, Fishing Games, and other categories are detailed within the respective sections of the platform.

• All bets must be placed within the stated minimum and maximum limits displayed for each game or market. JLBet Link reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time
• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the JLBet Link system, it cannot be modified or cancelled unless the specific game rules permit it (e.g., cash-out on PBA sports bets)
• In the event of a technical error during a game — including disconnection, system malfunction, or data feed failure — JLBet Link reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' wallets
• For live casino games, the results announced and recorded by the dealer or the game management system are final. JLBet Link is not responsible for errors in live game results that originate from the game provider's side
• For PBA betting: if a game is postponed before it begins, all pre-game bets are voided and stakes returned. If a game is suspended after starting and is not completed on the same day, JLBet Link will settle bets according to official PBA rulings
• Minimum bet across all categories is ₱25 unless a specific game states a lower minimum

The following activities are strictly prohibited on JLBet Link and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and in serious cases, referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Creating or operating more than one JLBet Link account under any name, device, or payment method
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting promotions through pattern betting, reverse wagering, or multi-account coordinated bonus claiming
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players in multiplayer games to gain an unfair advantage over other participants at the table
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any software designed to automate gameplay or betting decisions on JLBet Link
• Exploiting software errors: Knowingly taking advantage of any bug, glitch, or error in the JLBet Link platform. Players who discover such errors are required to report them to support immediately
• Money laundering: Using JLBet Link for any activity designed to disguise the origins of funds. All suspicious financial activity is reported to the appropriate Philippine financial intelligence authorities
• Account sharing: Allowing any third party to use, operate, or place wagers on your JLBet Link account
• Fraudulent payment methods: Using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulent payment instruments to fund a JLBet Link account

JLBet Link reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Involvement in any prohibited activity as outlined in Section 07
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or financial fraud
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (see inactivity fee policy below)
• Request by the account holder for voluntary self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming program

Inactivity Fees: If a JLBet Link account has a positive balance and has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months, a monthly inactivity maintenance fee of ₱50 will be deducted from the remaining balance. This fee applies until the balance reaches zero or the player reactivates the account by logging in and completing at least one transaction.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their JLBet Link account should contact support via live chat or email. Any outstanding real money balance will be returned to the player's verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC requirements.

• Losses resulting from a player's failure to comply with these Terms
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to a player's account where the player has failed to take reasonable security precautions
• Any decisions made by players based on information or statistics displayed on the platform, including odds, form guides, or historical results
